Good afternoon everyone! Due to a canceled trip, my girlfriend and I were offered an alternative vacation Marmaris, Turkey. Tour operator -TPG. We got to Kyiv without incident. Almost before the departure, our tour agency reports that the previously booked hotel is busy and will be looking for a replacement. Something went wrong with TPG in Turkey. We waited and now they send us a new voucher on Viber, an alternative replacement, a 4-star hotel. They also promise a free tour in view of compensation. A little surprised by this, we decided that everything happens. The main thing is to fly!

The plane of Bravo Airways took off exactly on schedule, flight Kyiv-Dalaman on 31.08.2018. Naturally, already in flight we were looking forward to a pleasant vacation, planning how and what. Arrived in Turkey without incident. Checked in, got luggage. Buses were already waiting for tourists, we took our seats. The guide, Oksana, took the floor. She told how beautiful the city of Marmaris was, told about Turkish customs and began to distribute booklets with beautiful landscapes, on the back of which the hotel was listed. A few minutes later, she comes up to us and says, "The hotel where you should stay has been canceled. We are taking you to another place." Our indignation knew no bounds. We have a voucher in hand, and she says that everything is changing. Through a skirmish, she angrily threw the phrase "could not go at all." Further, seeing that we stand our ground, he says, "I'll drop you off, and then sort it out yourself." Complete lack of professionalism. Let me remind you, it's night outside, a foreign country. We drove up to the hotel and unloaded our bags. The guide walked with us, twirled at the reception and flew away, leaving us alone. It was 5 am. The Turks took our passports and began to register us. It took almost 6 hours to check in. Put on plastic bracelets for us, thank you for feeding us breakfast. But around 11:00 a hotel employee brought us the news that our reservation had been canceled and a TPG representative would come to pick us up and take us to another hotel. We also received information from TPG that for $135 we will be accommodated in another hotel of the same class. We are in a trance. On principle, they refused to pay. As subsequent events showed, in vain. Outrage and shock. Some kind of Dima, a guide, arrived, smiled and, at our statement that we would sue, said "sue, but what's the point?quot;. Left. Then a woman arrived, assured us that she was taking us to a normal hotel, put my girlfriend and I on a bus, and took us to a new place. It's day outside. When we arrived, the shock was repeated. The hotel is dirty, the kitchen is stench and dirt, the plates are chipped and chipped, old shabby furniture, there is mold and stains on the walls in the shower room. In short, a 2 star hotel. Let me remind you that we paid 4 stars and, by law, we are required to provide a hotel of the same class! It turned out that we were not the only ones who were scammed by TPG. At the hotel, we meet a group of people who have also experienced all the delights of a holiday with TPG. The situation is exactly ours! Later, we learned that “throw” with “hotel reservations” from the above operator is in the order of things. I will not describe all the ups and downs, the tears of women, obscene expressions, I will only say one thing - for an additional fee of $ 170, which we paid for two to a TPG representative, we were transferred to Icmeler, to a hotel. This is a suburb of Marmaris, a really beautiful place with incredibly clear sea and beautiful landscapes! Why exactly here? There were no places in Marmaris. Such is the history of "rest". In the process of meeting people, we realized that relaxing with TPG is Russian roulette. Lucky no luck. I will add that the return flight with the equally famous scandalous Bravo Airways also gave a surprise, in view of the flight delay for a day, and this is the loss of train tickets and not returning home on time.
