I'll start from the very beginning.
Was looking for a tour for 2 adults. The company "Come with us" offered us a tour from TPG fortune 4 * Bodrum. Even in Kyiv, TPG could not decide on the departure of the plane, then it flies from Borispol, then from Zhulyan, then again from Boryspil. But this is not the worst. The terrible began upon arrival in Bodrum. There were more than 30 people who arrived by fortune 4 *, and instead of 4 stars, everyone was brought to 3 stars. We began to find out how many stars, the manager at the reception said 3 stars, and the guide saw the vouchers and said that it was a scam and it was not a four. We started calling Kyiv with appeals, we were assured that TPG would solve everything. They said that they had been in the know since 8 in the morning, and that they were sorting it out. A day passed in the proceedings, and by the evening they were told that TPG had not violated anything, and whoever doesn’t like it, let them make an additional payment, and then they will be transferred to another hotel. How many people who were sitting at the reception asked to show documents about the star rating of the hotel, so no one showed anything, they said you are nobody, why we will show you something !!! Now I don’t even write about the fact that the food was missing in the hotel ( rotten eggs, rotten apples....), etc. The beach and the sea are terribly dirty, and besides, paid sunbeds with a mattress and umbrellas are $ 3 per unit, and young ladies like prostitutes walked around the hotel. In the evening, the guide arrived, persuaded everyone to stay overnight in this bum, and supposedly in the morning they would all be transferred to the four. That same evening, we already made an additional payment for the Onuru 4 * hotel with a transfer, which was supposed to take us to Onuru in the morning. Morning came, and here is a new blow. The guide said that everyone should write a waiver of claims against the hotel and the host "Alaska Tour", otherwise no one will take us anywhere. And this despite the fact that we have already paid for the hotel and the transfer to it !!!!! There was only one way out, we took a taxi and went to Onuru ourselves. Upon arrival, thank God they immediately settled us, and finally, after all this horror, our vacation began. Only 2 families left us in a taxi. The rest remained to fight for the transfer and their rights. These people were then brought to Onuru in the evening, but this happened only when one woman became ill, and the Ambassador arrived.
The worst thing is that before our group of people arrived, three days before that there was the same story, and also from TPG, and on the same day when we moved to Onuru, a new group of people arrived, also from TPG and in the same way fortune 4*. The horror is that the Tour Operator TPG absolutely does not love and does not respect his compatriots, breeds people, and believes that it should be so!!!!!!!!!
I wish TPG a speedy closure! Tour Operators like this shouldn't exist!!!!! Don't fly from this horrible company!

Further in order: “When we entered the room, we were horrified: a dirty, spitting table that barely stands, two old-fashioned beds, scuffed, on which it was laid” bed, all stained with blood. It’s generally scary to step on the floor, the ceilings and walls are collapsing, and I don’t want to talk about the bathroom at all "- if everything was so terrible, then we have a counter question - WHY do we learn about it only from this review? We don’t receive any calls from you The question is WHY, if everything was so bad? After all, in any case, we could at least try to influence the current situation ... And finally, what surprised us the most: "The representatives of this company have only one excuse for our claims: we are to blame, all claims against the hotel." - WHAT EXCUSE COULD BE, if THERE WERE NO CLAIMS FROM YOU AT ALL ??? that we only found out that you are dissatisfied with something this hour. .... Respond who you are? When and where Did you rest?

Почитав Ваш отзыв, мы немного усомнились в Вашем существовании как нашего туриста , так как похожей ситуации у нас ни с кем из наших туристов не возникало … Вы пишете: "По приезду на б/о сначала оказалось что свободных мест нету, позже нашли каким- то образом" - в Коблево ездит наш представитель (сопровождающий), который приезжает с туристами и занимается расселением вместе с администратором. Вопроса "НЕТУ номера» у нас не возникало - все люди всегда были заселены в свои номера! Далее по порядку: "Зайдя в комнату мы ужаснулись: грязный, обплеванный стол, который еле стоит, две старовинные кровати, обдертые, на которых была постелена "постель", вся в пятнах крови. На пол вообще страшно ступить, потолки и стены обваливаются, а за санузел вообще говорить не хочу" - если же все было настолько ужасно, тогда у нас возникает встречный вопрос - ПОЧЕМУ мы об этом узнаем только из данного отзыва? Никаких звонков от Вас мы не получали! Спрашивается ПОЧЕМУ, если все было настолько плохо? Ведь в любом случае мы могли хотя бы попытаться повлиять на сложившуюся ситуацию... И напоследок, что нас удивило больше всего: "На наши претензии у представителей этой фирмы лишь одна отговорка: мы не виноваты, все претензии к отелю." - КАКАЯ МОГЛА БЫТЬ ОТГОВОРКА, если ПРЕТЕНЗИЙ ОТ ВАС НЕ БЫЛО ВООБЩЕ??? о том, что Вы чем-то недовольны мы узнали только сей час. .... Отзовитесь кто Вы? Когда и где Вы отдыхали?

Fortunately, there is a photo of the contract, and a photo of the room in which we were bedded. People who are interested in your company and ask for proof of my words see and receive all this.
And now the question is: which of us is lying? I? Given that I have all the evidence of your negligent work, unprofessionalism and impoliteness, you go? For it is not profitable for you to spoil the reputation of your terrible travel agency.
P.S. If you don’t have enough ingenuity to simply check whether we were on vacation from your travel agency at all, I can advise at least 2 options on how to check this: 1. Ask the administrator of the Arkadia-P b/o and she will tell you everything colorful . 2. The bus that picked up the vacationers eventually returned with 2 free seats in it, which your "escort" knew about.
And yes, if you are fighting that kind of money for nothing, be kind enough to provide at least those conditions that you colorfully show in your office.
Никто и не сомневался в том, что Вы адекватно и не отреагируете на отзывы, ибо по Вашему мнению Вы- идеальная турфирма.
А теперь по порядку.
На отдых в Коблево мы выезжали с Вашей турфирмы 15.07.16.
При оформлении договоров были показаны более - менее приличные номера, в итоге заселили нас в самый настоящий крысятник.
Далее, теперь вопрос к Вам: каким образом Вы бы "исправили" наши условия прибывания, если на б/о не было свободных номеров больше вообще??? Приехали бы ремонт сделали? Сомневаюсь.
Следующее. Звонок к Вам в турагентство был совершён моим мужем 19.07.16 с претензиями к Вашей халатной работе и вопросом возможно ли возвращение часть денег в связи с тем, что мы уезжаем РАНЬШЕ с этого гадюшника, на что Ваши работники ответили что нет, про возврат денег не может быть и речи.
К стчастью, есть и фото договора, и фото номера, в который нас застелили. Люди, которые интересуются Вашей фирмой и просят доказательства моих слов все это видят и получают.
А теперь вопрос: кто из нас врет? Я? При том что у меня есть все доказательства вашей халатной работы, непрофессиональности и невежливости иди Вы? Ибо Вам не выгодно портить репутацию своей ужасной турфирмы.
P.S. Если у Вас не хватает смекалки, чтобы элементарно проверить были ли мы вообще на отдыхе от Вашей турфирмы, могу посоветовать, как минимум 2 варианта как это проверить: 1. Узнать у администратора б/о "Аркадия-П" и она Вам красочно все расскажет. 2. Автобус, который забирал отдыхающих в итоге возвращался с 2 свободными местами в нем, о чем ваша "сопровождающая" знала.
И да, если дерёте такие деньги не за что, будьте любезны предоставлять хотя бы те условия, которые красочно показываете у себя в офисе.

A grandiose scandal was a year ago, two girls in the same Arcadia-P hotel. Sharashkin's office in one word!!! Think three times before giving money away just like that.
Поддерживаю всё выше сказанное. Многие не довольны возвращаются с "отдыха" этой фирмы. У мамы с 6-ти летнем ребёнком в ихнем "отеле" не работал сан узел. Я в шоке. Ходили к соседям. У другой девушки, в том же Коблеве, но в другом "отеле" не было три дня света. Вот это сервис, вот это комфорт. Грандиозный скандал был год назад, двумя девушками в том же отеле Аркадия-П. Шарашкина контора одним словом!!! Три раза подумайте, чем отдавать деньги просто так.
