We bought a tour of the operator TPG for 10 days to Dalaman with a departure from Kharkov by early booking. About a month later, we were informed that "the flight program has been revised" and flights from Kharkov will now fly only once a week. We rebooked the tour for a week, a little cheaper, although in my understanding the difference was too small (for 3 days of lost rest), plus my wife wanted exactly 10 days ... But that's not all :( - now we were told that flights from Kharkov are canceled altogether and we have to fly from Kyiv, no one is going to provide the road to Kyiv and back, they don’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience! Moreover, other tour operators continue to fly from Kharkov to Dalaman, but the prices have risen significantly compared to February! You feel like a complete idiot ...

The only thing you can do to return from your next trip with a good experience is to go there with a different operator! ) Accord will not draw any conclusions. ) Because canceling a tour a few days in advance is already their established practice. As well as careless organization and sightseeing tours of the cities, which sometimes remain in the format "We looked out of the bus window because there was not enough time." The first time I went with him, the tour took place, but with all the blunders. And the second was canceled, thanks that in a week, and not in 2 days, it was time to terminate the contract with him, since the proposed options did not suit me, and almost in the last days to find at least something suitable from another operator. For myself personally, I have already concluded: Accord, goodbye forever, I will not return to you again! )

Don't expect the Accord to change. Do you think they constantly send groups to Dresden and Vienna and do not know that museums are closed? They just don't care

Well, how much can you write and say that they (Accord) will not correct ANY of the shortcomings !!! Accordingly, what kind of conclusions do you (we) expect from them !! They will never make them! Conclusions must be made by WE ALL together!! Most importantly - let's stop using their services!! Because it's so simple...
