Friends, I strongly advise you not to use the services of this operator. The hotel that was confirmed was not settled. The hotel managers themselves were shocked, how could they approve the places for us if there were none! They settled instead of 5 stars in 3. They don’t pick up the phone in an emergency, problems are solved either very slowly or not at all. They try to get rid of you as soon as possible - they brought you to the hotel and left it, and it doesn’t matter that you then spent 4 hours in the lobby and were settled at 6 pm. The word professional in their name is superfluous.
