I want to confirm the words of Yana, since I was traveling with her in the same bus.
It's just a nightmare. We were thrown for almost four hours without personal belongings, mobile phones, food, water. Terrible customer service, drivers were rude. My husband and I asked for moral compensation, so we were sent to hell. Leaving a review on the site is not realistic at all, because it is immediately deleted. I don't recommend using their services at all.
