First, we made a reservation for the tour on our own on the website of the travel professional group. When the manager called back to confirm the reservation, she told us that there is a hotel of exactly the same category and with better conditions at a slightly lower price. We got interested. All the information was sent to us by mail, we got acquainted with it and realized that in reality the hotel was offered to us better than we chose ourselves. The holiday went perfectly, without problems and unpleasant delays. Well, and most importantly, we have taken a lesson from this situation for ourselves - it is better to immediately turn to professionals, and not waste your time and nerves searching! Thanks a lot about the company.
