Upon arrival, they change the hotel, if people start to make a fuss, they scare that they will leave it at the airport (taxi to Alanya 150 USD) Replacing 5 * 4 * with 3 * is a common occurrence, I’m already silent that replacing a 3 * hotel with 3 * is a problem do not count at all. Out of 10 days of vacation, 3 days of such nerves ... I have a 3-year-old child in my arms and I am 6 months old. Requests and calls are completely ignored ... Thanks for the advice to a stranger to take a voucher and go to your hotel to check the reservation, as it turned out there are rooms and we were settled immediately ... 11 people who were supposed to live in other hotels (our bus) problems were solved in the same way. It is better to overpay and enjoy the long-awaited vacation...
