They made a sum, we are glad that we will fly for 14 nights and 15 days. Departure on 06/22/19 from Kiev to Sharm at 8-00 and return at 23-00 on the 6th chernya, it will arrive in Boryspil already on 06/07/19. Everything is cool, prote in the evening write our travel agent (it's close to 18-00 here) that you have come to book, because the type of rooms in the hotel is no longer available!!! Cool, just awesome!! Later, the reservation was about 11-00, the payment was about 14-00, and the time was about 18-00.
For me, it’s strange that the tour operator doesn’t know about those who don’t already have hotel rooms, that they pay for 5 years from the moment of booking, the tour operator didn’t “consent” to find out what numbers are in the hotel, and the check only pays for clients, people like it is reasonable to bear pennies to the tour operator for the yakі vіn potіm i іsnuє!!!

In a slanderous way, it seemed that we had booked (made a reservation) a different hotel, through a different tour operator, and the travel agent was trying to win pennies, so they sent 2 days to pay for the account of the TPG tour operator.
Also, I don’t recommend for booking hotels, trips for recovery, - the tour operator TPG !!!

Вас обманул ваш турагент. Деньги вносятся только после подтверждения заявки. 30% можно внести только если до тура осталось более чем 14 дней, или же сумма оплачивается полностью. Сумма фиксируется только в гривнах и только на 2е суток.. Остальную часть они пересчитывают по новому курсу. Скорее всего деньги были у вашего турагента и он ищет вам другой вариант. По правилам туроператоры должны подтверждать тур до 3х суток.
