TPG is the worst tour operator ever!!! If you want to spoil your vacation, then you are right for them. We bought a tour to Turkey in Icmeler from this miracle company. And very sorry. We were settled in the wrong hotel that we chose, and instead of 4 * in 3 *. They refused to resolve the issue. They say, rejoice that even so.

The guide in Turkey explained this by saying that the confirmation was sent simply so as not to lose tourists, i.e. this is not the fault of the hotel, but simply a deliberate lie of the tour operator. Voucher number TR27088087. Think very, very well before you buy a tour from these scammers. The transfer was very long, after arrival we could not leave, as already the first tourists realized that they were being accommodated in the wrong hotel or not being accommodated at all (I didn’t figure it out for sure, but people swore for a long time, we just waited for 2 hours near the airport). (Although, if you don’t look at the fact that it’s a long time ahead, then flights and transfers back, everything is fine, at least they managed to do something). Further along the road, it began to turn out that only a few were going to their chosen hotels. At least 70% of them settled in the wrong hotels, below * (August 2018). They simply did not react to all the indignations, they froze, did not pick up the phone and did not answer in social networks. When I called the hotline, there was no response. Sent to apply to the travel agency, where they bought a ticket. The girls were constantly trying to get something from the tour operator, but the only answer was "working" .... already before leaving, they sent a refusal to relocate, although then it was already all the same ..... And everything would be fine if it was units ...... the worst thing is that it is very massive .... We met many people in the same situation, and at the time when we were already leaving, no one had solved the issue .... ((((

I wrote an official complaint to the tour operator, but naturally, I was refused, in their understanding, they did everything in full .... One shouldn't expect anything else from such "professionals". Guys who have encountered this and there are options for how to influence this situation, write, I will gladly take part [email protected] (so that at least other tourists do not get like this). It's a shame that we are being fooled for our own money (damn, for some reason I did not buy fortune, which is cheaper). It seems that they came to a cafe and ordered meat, and they brought you a herring, also rotten, and said that it is better, eat it.
