TPG is the worst tour operator ever!!! If you want to spoil your vacation, then you are right for them. We bought a tour to Turkey in Icmeler from this miracle company. And very sorry. We were settled in the wrong hotel that we chose, and instead of 4 * in 3 *. They refused to resolve the issue. They say, rejoice that even so.
The guide in Turkey explained this by saying that the confirmation was sent simply so as not to lose tourists, i.e. this is not the fault of the hotel, but simply a deliberate lie of the tour operator. (Although, if you don’t look at the fact that it’s a long time ahead, then flights and transfers back, everything is fine, at least they managed to do something). Further along the road, it began to turn out that only a few were going to their chosen hotels. At least 70% of them settled in the wrong hotels, below * (August 2018). They simply did not react to all the indignations, they froze, did not pick up the phone and did not answer in social networks. When I called the hotline, there was no response. Sent to apply to the travel agency, where they bought a ticket. The girls were constantly trying to get something from the tour operator, but the only answer was "working" .... already before leaving, they sent a refusal to relocate, although then it was already all the same ..... And everything would be fine if it was units ...... the worst thing is that it is very massive .... We met many people in the same situation, and at the time when we were already leaving, no one had solved the issue .... ((((
I wrote an official complaint to the tour operator, but naturally, I was refused, in their understanding, they did everything in full .... One shouldn't expect anything else from such "professionals". Також варто зазначити, що на відміну від попередньо заброньованого готелю Club Munamar Beach Resort, що знаходиться в другій лінії від моря, готель Mar-Bas Hotel до моря та має свій пляж, що є безперечним перевагою для морського відпочинку.

Замість гір та зелені, нас привезли в степ з брудним пляжем! Крім того, трансферу з готелю вашою конторою не було, за який заплачено!! ГІд так ні разу і не з'явився, Це рівноцінна заміна?! Это ответ я уже читала и писала Вам, что думаю по этому поводу...Во-первых это 3*, во-вторых я была и в том и втом отеле...и уровень отличаеться...в-третьих целенаправленая ложь туроператора, в тот отель который мы бронировали, бронь то даже и не поступала.. и так же интересный факт в клуб муномар при этой всей ситуации Вы продолжали продавать путевки, сайт я Ваш проверяла... так же преставители ТПГ прокоментируйте, например, почему туристов которые заказывали отель Луна 5* в Мармарисе, а их поселили в клуб муномар...или у Вас для них Мунамар стал 5*, как у нас Марбас каким-то чудом стал 4*???

Так же Вы пишете о пляже, свой был у обеих отелей, но у Клуб Мунумара он приличный, а в Марбасе лежаки которые розсыпаються, зонты тоже...лежаки стоят чутли не друг на друге и ты на пляже как в забитой маршрутке... Преимущество просто супер...Я бы лучше прошлась 2 минуты и отдыхала на пляже по-лучше
