Travel agency TPG (they also call themselves Flash toor) sells tours with good departures for 8 days and 7 nights, and a day before the return flight, the airline changes UIA, changes the flight 15 hours earlier! Our departure was supposed to be at 22.05 on June 1 (as indicated on the tour), and it was moved to 6.55 in the morning on June 1, as a result, we lost the whole paid day. As it turned out, UIA never had a departure at 22 pm, this travel agency sets an advantageous time to take tours from them, and in the end, instead of 8 days, we got 7. We also had to get up at 3 am!
In addition, TPG guide Abrul did not bother to warn anyone about the change in departure time, we learned from friends at the hotel, who themselves looked at the time on the UIA website. Some people found out only at 3 am that in 4 hours we all have a plane. That's horrible! I do not recommend to anyone!
