We bought from them for the first time, through the otpusk.com website I watched tours and then looked where in my city you can buy. They met us well, we reviewed all the options, confirmed the reservation quickly, we completed everything in almost a couple of days. On the day of arrival, they wrote in the evening, asked how we arrived, before departure, they wrote to us that everything was fine, the flight was on schedule. The agency is great, they love their clients.
