The operator was JOIN UP, and the agency was CORAL TRAVEL, where we bought the tour, we liked it there, but the paperwork took a very long time, two hours, either the girl was a trainee there, or I don’t know why it took so long. Then they informed us about the transfer of the flight, so everything is fine. I was already familiar with JOIN UP, this time the flight was not transferred to us on the way back, but it's a shame that the flight was postponed on the way there, since the day of rest was lost.
