Travel agency: (Moscow) Service type: пакетный тур |
I purchased a tour to Spain for two with my wife Julia (Salou, Da Vinci Hotel) from June 15 to 27 this year at Tui (TUI).
We were sure that the Tui travel agency is a solid, responsible, caring for its tourists, that is, operating within the framework of Russian legislation, providing travel services. But the troubles began already at the airport, when my wife and I were not on the transfer lists. The situation required more than an hour of trial.
At the hotel, the representative of Tui Fomina Irina (and her superiors Bondarenko Larisa) actively began to offer us excursions, which we gladly agreed to and bought several at once. The first excursion to the Salvador Dali Museum was to take place on August 17 (the original receipt is available)).
We arrived at the square indicated in the verbal instructions and without being indicated on the map exactly at the appointed time, we waited for almost 2 hours under the "i" sign, there are our photos at this place at the agreed time. But no bus ever picked us up. That is, the tourist service was not provided to us.
Of course, we filed a claim with Irina Fomina and she even suggested that we go on an excursion on another day, but then she abruptly changed her mood, began to answer us in a rude manner that we would not receive either the service or the money back. We continued to deal with this issue for a long time, the rest was spoiled.
After conducting our own investigation, we came to the conclusion why Fomina Irina behaves in a way that is completely inappropriate for a guide serving tourists (we will omit the boorish words addressed to us and the desire not to communicate with us at all, to brush them off like annoying flies).
It turns out that Tui acted on that tour as an agent of a certain Joint tour company. We lost time and went to the address of this company. Alas, the office is closed, there is dirt around, some letters are lying around. We photographed all of this. And so we thought - was there such an excursion at all? Specifically indicate an obscure gathering place, and then announce that "you were not there"? And, of course, to appropriate money!
However, according to Russian law, all these questions must be answered by the company that sold us the service and received money for it - 128 euros.
And this company, as follows from the check, is Tui.
Of course, we did not receive any money or even an apology from Tui's company, and the Moscow office also dismissed us - they say that you used the services of Tui Spain!
Terrible company, never do business with them!
