My family and I have been choosing a vacation spot and a hotel for a whole month! Having chosen a hotel according to all the parameters that were of interest to us, we turned to a familiar agency for the purchase. Documents and payment were made 3.5 weeks before the date of the trip. Documents received 10 hours before departure!!!
But that was not the question! Friends from the agency, on the eve of the trip, called directly to the hotel to make sure there were reservations for our names - they were not there !!! The agency turned to the operator, and they calmly stated the fact of the resale of the desired hotel, while turning all the blame on the operator in Greece. In Greece, we later also found out about the situation, and they said that the operator in Kyiv - Join Up! That is, if it were not for friends in the agency, then we would have known that we were going to another hotel, directly upon arrival !!! On the plane, when we flew to Greece, we heard at least 10 such stories.
And on the way back, passengers on the plane expressed their dissatisfaction and their intention to sue Join Up!
And yet, when buying a ticket, we were told that those hotels were UAL and issued vouchers with UAL, although the hotels themselves position themselves only as ALL.
condolences, it was necessary to read the reviews before using the services of TO. We also went with friends. We turned to friends at a travel agency, and for the first time they decided to try TO Join Up. It is a pity that their first deplorable experience fell on us. They don't book through Join Up anymore.
соболезную, надо было ТА почитать отзывы перед тем как воспользоваться услугами ТО. Мы тоже попали с друзьями. Обратились к знакомым в турагенство, а они первый раз решили попробовать ТО Join Up. Жаль, что их первый плачевный опыт пришелся на нас. Больше они через Join Up не бронируют
