This is my second vacation in Thailand, I bought a ticket based on the dates and cost of the tour. It just so happened that Join had the most optimal offer for us.
Departure was postponed to an earlier time than stated at the time of purchase. But this fact did not upset me, but even pleased me. With two children, even if not so small, and dragging around at night to the airport, you would have to take a taxi, etc. ... flew perfectly! We were met at the airport, and as expected, on the way we were told about the country, features and excursions. With the hotel guide, the meeting went quickly enough, at least for us, since the excursion was not planned due to the limited budget.
Departure from the hotel and departure was at the stated time. On the way to the airport, the host side handed out mini-questionnaires where you could express all your thoughts, comments and suggestions for improving the work. Distributed means they are studying, thinking how to improve the quality. Apparently they want to be better!
