I bought the tour for 2 families, the contract was drawn up quickly without problems, we received all the documents on the eve of departure, and when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that we all had 1 room booked, although the payment was based on 2 separate rooms. We called the agent back, she offered to decide everything on the spot, on the spot the representative of the agency calculated the cost as for 1 ticket, again we call the agency (and this is all money and nerves) and no one did anything. In general, everyone had to stay in one room, the rest was spoiled, and the company was not responsible for anything. I do not recommend taking their tour products.
