We called the agent back, she offered to decide everything on the spot, on the spot the representative of the agency calculated the cost as for 1 ticket, again we call the agency (and this is all money and nerves) and no one did anything. In general, everyone had to stay in one room, the rest was spoiled, and the company was not responsible for anything. I do not recommend taking their tour products.

A travel agency, sometimes, may not have absolutely all the information that you need! To do this, (I personally) read a lot of reviews on various sites, and when I come to the agency, I ask a million questions, which I always get answers! For all the times, flights to rest, no one has ever screwed me! Because the main role in your vacation is directly your preparation for it! And now we have such a time that everyone is always trying to cheat on everything! Be carefull! And the Butterfly agency did a great job when I flew with their help to Egypt! Choose a good tour operator, and do not complain about the agency! And once again, be the blacksmiths of your own happiness! You don’t buy a car, based on the previous owner’s review alone ?! Be sure to check everything! Here, too! If you want to have a good and quality rest, watch out! Or pay crazy money and then everything will be great for you! But you want cheaper, so hello to you! Вот почитал я этот весь бред и хочу Вам на него ответить! При покупке путевки, в любом турагентстве, Вы сами в большей мере, должны узнавать все нюансы данного отеля! Турагентство, иногда, может не владеть абсолютно всей информацией, которая Вам нужна! Для этого, (лично я) очень много читаю отзывов на различных сайтах, и придя в агенство, я задаю миллион вопросов, на которые всегда получаю ответы! За все разы, полетов на отдых, меня никто, ни разу не лохонул! Потому что главную роль в Вашем отдыхе, играет непосредственно Ваша подготовка к нему! И время сейчас у нас такое, что все, всегда пытаются надуть на всем! Будьте бдительны! А агенство "Баттерфляй", замечательно справились со своей задачей, когда я летал с их помощью в Египет! Туроператора выбирайте хорошего, а не на агенство жалуйтесь! И еще раз, будьте сами кузнецами своего счастья! Вы же машину, по одному только отзыву предыдущего хозяина, не покупаете?! Вы обязательно все проверите! Тут, также! Хотите хорошо и качественно отдохнуть, бдите! Или платите бешеные бабки и тогда у вас все будет замечательно! Но вы же хотите подешевле, вот вам и здрасьте! Не жлобитесь на путевку или изучайте все нюансы до мелочей, тогда замечаний у вас не будет! Всего хорошего!
