1. The agent does not know the product being sold, the description of the hotels belonging to the chain did not read.
2. Deception about the price of the tour (I have declared 55,000 rubles, 70,000 rubles on the road)
3. The agent does not know the carrier's baggage allowance and does not know where to find it!!!
04/30/19 contacted the office at Bagrationovsky pr, 5 in order to pick up a tour to Turkey in May 19, 1 adult and a child. Wishes: 1 coastline, sand beach, children's animation, food suitable for a child of 5 years old. Suggested there were 6 hotels owned by a travel agency. After reading the latest reviews, I didn’t like a single one: the Kosaka virus in one, dirty plates and a cockroach in another, noisy night discos in the third, etc. The agent, without batting an eye, assured me that in Serra Garden” air conditioning (“she was and turned it on herself”), the description of the hotel clearly states: “central air conditioning system, works intermittently”, the room is only 15m2, according to the agent, it is large and bright !!!.
The discrepancy between the agent's story and the real description of the hotels made me carefully read both the description of the hotels on the official site and the reviews of tourists. A lot of time was spent on this!
As a result, I stopped at a hotel recommended by a friend (I rested just there).
And here is another deception. The price is declared 55,000 rubles (9 nights), I came to pay - 65,000 rubles. Did the price increase in 12 hours? No, this is a seller, seeing a client with money, he decided to make money. When asked why the price had changed, the answer was: “they just set a new rate, right before your arrival.” I came to the agency for a reason, but after learning from three other agents the price for the chosen hotel and accordingly chose a more attractive price.
Having concluded the contract at 21.30 on 04/30/19, I asked the agent if there would be another price change and received a negative answer.
On the trail. day made the remainder, and then deceit, the price increased, because. exchange rate recalculation.
Of course, I wrote a claim, it was accepted, but who will return the time and nerves spent? The vacation has not yet begun, and there is already so much negativity from the incompetence and greed of the agent's employees!
