I have nothing bad to say about this agency. There were no jambs or overlays. The excursion program of the tour corresponded to reality. Everything was as stated. I liked the fact that 4-star hotels were declared on our tour, but we spent the night in those where 5 stars were indicated. Although then it turned out that they really were 4 stars. We had a sightseeing trip called "Golden Tour of Turkey". →

Everything was good in the agency when we contacted them for the design of our tour. They helped with everything and gave advice. Our operator was Tez Tour. Flights were also good and on time. →

We bought at TUI, but the tour operator was Anextour. Our flight was delayed by 7 hours. We were warned that the flight could be delayed for three hours, then people blocked the boarding for one flight, we barely flew away. They said that there is something with the plane, but no one really knows what it is. →

We didn’t like that the check-out was before 11 am, and the flight was already at 4 am the next day, we had to walk all this time, it was very inconvenient, and when we arrived there, it was already a day for us, and we only checked in on the second day at 4 morning. Paid days are lost. We clarified 3 times, and we were assured that when we check out we will be at the hotel and this day is included with us. →

The girl informed us about everything, before the new year I didn’t have much time to choose, so I looked at what suited me by dates, contacted the agency, arrived the next day and paid. The documents were ready on time, as we were told. →

We bought a tour to Sharm El Sheikh at TUI, helped us choose a hotel for a holiday with a child, we were more than satisfied with the rest. Managers know their job and do it very well. Everything was without delay. →

Chere TUI arranged a tour to Tatranska Lomnica. Travel agency managers are poorly informed about up-to-date information and mislead other tourists, so I give them 5 points. →

The tour was sold to us, we had a situation with a fire in the hotel, a representative of the TEZ tour gathered his group and moved immediately to a nearby hotel, when we tried to call TUI, we could not get through, the numbers were turned off when we were able to call them at 7 am. And they wanted to know whether the child had an insured event or not, the lymph nodes were inflamed, to which they answered us, "We don't know. →

We had some misunderstandings with departures, we paid for 7 nights, but we lived for 6 nights, we were evicted earlier. This is not the first time we work with them, they warned us about this, but we initially paid them for 7 nights. I had to extend the hotel as a departure at 12 at night, and evicted at 12 noon, but we are not offended, everything was fine. →

The girls did a wonderful job. We bought a tour for two, we got a good price in this agency at Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort 5 * and off we went. There were no problems on the Ukrainian side. We did not like how the hotel guide worked and that's it. →
