I would not recommend this tour operator to anyone. Let me tell you my story in a nutshell. We paid for the tour for 8 nights, a couple of days we were informed that the flight was delayed for a day, promising to return 10% of the cost of the tour upon return. At our request to extend our stay by a day, they said that the hotel was in the stop. . . As it turned out, the hotel after restoration and we are the first and the rooms ... the whole hotel is free, and the whole week was practically free. Took an official letter from the hotel that they can extend and the cost is 130 euros per night. Upon their return, they wrote a claim with a request to return the promised 10% (the cost of the ticket was only 58,000 rubles), about 130 euros, and they did not write ...

More than one month has passed since the TUI operator gave an answer ... they understand us with all their commercial soul and are ready to return the money in the amount of 1500 rubles !!! And at that time, I saw in the media how TUI delayed the flight for more than a day.

So I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this tour operator !!!!!
