TUI TRAVEL AGENCY is an agency, as an agency they do not offer anything superfluous, but they do not listen to opinions. So they choose a tour for the boom to choose from. I did not feel much love for my work. Polite, not rude, but not particularly positive. All very average. Fortunately, there were no hiccups with the flight and transfer, thank you for that.
