We bought a tour in JoinUP, the tour operator was TUI. Pleasant staff, all prompted, well advised, coordinated, we really liked it. There were no air transfers, the transfer was comfortable. We bought excursions, went to Luxor (I recommend) and Cairo (expensive and long to go).
