Yesterday they returned from Bulgaria. I promised myself that I would write about this travel agency wherever possible!
The jokes started before leaving. My boyfriend booked a tour, paid for everything, etc. Leaving for contact (except mobile of course) and a working e-mail. . In the morning on the day of departure we call Mr. Lilia with a specific question (where is the clear place of the meeting), the answer is near the luggage compartment. We have been standing near the luggage axle for 40 minutes. under heavy rain. We are recruiting Mr. Lily again ... he says "soooo - near the luggage ... there are four buses behind ... one of ours is green ...." What can I say at once? And the license plate (as a more specific feature) to say?
The bus distributes information sheets with detailed information about the tour, hours of departure - arrival, telephone numbers, bus number..etc. we ask why we were not given these leaves before? Mr. Lilia answers that she sent an e-mail (!) The guy was in their office three times .. if not more and the last time not so long ago!
Couldn't he have given him this information personally ?! Or at least call and clarify whether you received this information ?! (electronic work and we have long been on vacation).
During our trip, another girl who accompanied us, Mrs. Julia, read (as if for the first time) from a leaflet (sometimes with mistakes) something about Kolomyia (why this city?) And about Romania.
We read in the same information that in Nessebar the bus stops only near some unknown to us hotel "Fiesta Panorama" ... for some reason we did not even care at first, because we were never told specifically that we will not be delivered to the hotel. In the end, at the end of the trip, we still clarify ... Mr. Julia says "yes, this is a regular bus! I only have names and checkpoints where I have to drop off or pick up people!" (!!!!!) + it was part of her responsibilities to read more from the leaflet about Romania.
The young man insists that Ms. Julia call back to Ms.
Lily herself asks her "Why didn't they say so before?quot; Ms. Lilia answers that she has repeatedly (!!!!!!!) said that the bus is scheduled (!!!!) It seems to me that my boyfriend ... did he know that our hotel DOES NOT FALL UNDER THE BUS FLIGHT! Who knows such nuances when riding a bus for the first time? Does he know what to clarify or ask? Finally, Mr. Lily also answered the question "is it far from this point where to drop us off at our hotel?quot; said "NO !, very close!", which calmed us down a bit (and in vain) we had to ask her more specifically ..was she there? how many kilometers?
In general, the story ended with the fact that we walked 4-5 kilometers with our bags looking for our hotel !!!! Then everyone found out ... that it was necessary to get there by bus or by taxi ... but who knew ?! The hotel (according to Mr. Lilia) is very close!
IN ONE WORD, "TANGO TRAVEL" - COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE, LIMITATIONS AND UNWEARNESS TO PERFORM YOUR WORK NORMALLY, TAKE CARE OF TOURISTS ...
After all, neither this nor all the long waits at the borders (Mrs. Julia on the way back was very busy talking on the phone, usually behaved like the same tourist, did not even know where to pick up passports and the driver did it for her), nor the incredible heat in which drivers did not include air conditioning (this is my Ukrainian economy on everything), or even the crazy smell of dirty socks of the driver who lay down in the back to sleep, no wandering drivers and, accordingly, arriving late.
NONE OF THESE WAS MAKING US GOOD REST IN THE CHOICE WE CHOOSE. =)
P.S. drivers were probably the same as in the previous comment went to Italy !!)))

I'm not alone in the school of the company and їh behavior-tse times. They have to remember if their bus was robbed in Italy !!!
Two - my colozhanka worked in this firm (as it appeared later) and also told a lot of things, looking at the situation from the middle, so move on.

"Nice" in order, obviously, to read it, but we were not in the city and they did not take away the information. You don’t know how to enter the competence of a travel agency (elementary !!! Not a tourist can marvel at Google map! - with such basics, you know how long it takes for that service to merit more Ukrainians), but a travel agent can explain in a report that a bus is a regular one, and tse means... those and іnshe+ the travel agent is guilty of specifying whether the information was given by tourists! Tse yoga robot!
With a tan of leather, I guess, get lost in your thoughts. It's just that the cheapness of this company is completely true for people who can't understand what a normal service is.
Believe me, now I’m getting drunk from the people I know, having read the reviews on the Internet ... I’m surprised that I trusted the flooring to the tour operator ... in Lviv there are already negative reviews!

не я одна в шоці з цієї фірми і їх поведінки-це раз. У них навіть був випадок коли їх автобус обікрали в Італії !!!
Два - моя коліжанка працювала в цій фірмі (як потім виявилось) і теж розказувала багато чого цікавого, поглянувши на ситуацію з середини, так би мовити.
Де Багажне відділення я знаю ) Дівчина 2 рази казала "біля головного входу" 2-чі-"біля багажного". Тому навіть не реагуватиму на викиди про тупість... ображати такими словами незнайому людину-верх невихованості..
Як ви могли чути розмову з п. Лілею, що велась по телефону? Ви чули що вона відповідала? ))
"Мило" для того, звичайно ж, щоб його читати, але нас не було в місті і відповідно інформації ми не отримали. Якщо Ви не знаєте що входить до компетенції турфірми (елементарно !!! Не турист має дивитись Гугл меп! - з такими основами знань-ви ще довго матимете той сервіс на який заслуговують більшість українців), а турагент має докладно пояснити що автобус рейсовий, а це означає... те і інше+ турагент повинен уточнити чи отримана дана інформація туристами! Це його робота!
Загалом кожен,гадаю, залишиться при своїй думці. Просто дешевизна цієї фірми цілком виправдана для людей що поняття не мають, що таке нормальний сервіс.
Повірте, тепер перепитуючись у знайомих, почитавши відгуки в інеті...дивуюсь що настільки довірилась цьому туропеатору... по Львову дуууже негативні відгуки!
п.с. слова "наперід" в українській мові не існує :)
