A real review of Tango Travel or how not to fall for the "Fake Tale"

-This is not a fairy tale, but the most lame bus tour

- for 6 days more than 40 hours on the bus, both driving and just waiting

-The guide does not know the locations, which is why the trips are 2 out of 5, everything is fast, dull and then wait for the rest on the bus

-The guide did not study the location upon arrival and did not beckon to create a fairy tale, but simply disappeared on the territory

-The program is beautifully described, but in fact everything is much worse and the organizers themselves do not know where it is good and where it is better not to go

- untimely booking and loss of comfort

- Deception with the level of settlement

The tour cost UAH 55,000 for three and did not include meals and excursions, as well as transfers to electives were paid. The total cost is 3200€ for three.

Departure 30.12 to Stockholm (Sweden?. Stockholm came in, everything is beautiful and organized with guides. Z1 ferry arrival and the discrepancy has already begun

When paying for the tour, buyers were told that they had two-bed cabins for couples and three-bed cabins for families. In fact, this was a blatant deception, since all the cabins for them were four-seater. We paid extra for 4th place and norms. We took the New Year on the ferry into our own hands and everything was with a bang.

The second point is that tourists paid for cabins of category “B” and in fact settled them in cabins of class “C” (

Upon arrival from Helsinki (Finland), we were given a sightseeing tour so C grade, I could be wrong;) my subjective opinion.

Then 8 hours drive to Oulu, to the city in which we lived but did not go anywhere, as the guide told us that there was nothing there, but in fact an interesting city. I asked why we live here if there is no entertainment and excursions here. The answer was that this city is between others. The logic is not clear to me. Considering that the daylight is only 3-5 hours, instead of settling closer to the city where Santa Claus and Santa Park settle us, it’s a 3-hour drive to it and we only have 2 hours to arrive in the most necessary place in Finland for the New Year. Moreover, for 8 hours we drove in silence, although there was a TV and you could watch movies. But this function was used only at the end of the trip (

So we were taken to the house of Santa Claus. They said that groups pass quickly through another entrance and in the end we waited about an hour and it was not worth it. I can add that on the same day, 30 minutes before us, guys we knew came without a group and went to another entrance in 15 minutes. After Santa we were driven very quickly and the bus. Instead of staying longer in Santa's village where there were slides, sleds, licks and an ice castle, we were taken to Santa Park where there really is nothing interesting, several pavilions and gingerbread (

As it turned out, our guide did not know that there were other entertainments in Santa's village

But the second day finished us off. We drove to the zoo for 2 hours. Many cages in the zoo turned out to be empty and we visited it very quickly. By 12:30 we left. And we had to wait until 16:30 for those who paid for snowmobile trips. The guide offered us to wait on the bus because there was nothing else there, but in fact there were skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides on the territory, which we learned about in the evening from another group. As a result, 4 hours in the parking lot on the bus (((

But the third day (a trip to the troll village) was canceled altogether. They said that the group is small and they can either take us to the water park or sit in the hotel ((

Upon returning to Helsinki, the Guide said that there were no triple rooms in the hotel, but it turned out that our tour operator had not booked family rooms in advance and we had to live in different rooms.
