Tango travel is the worst travel agency we, experienced travelers, have ever had to deal with. Booked a tour of the "Baltic Intrigue" (departure on May 8, 2013), paid, handed over documents. Two weeks before leaving Tango travel, they called and said that the trip would not take place because they had not recruited a group. Instead, they offered another tour - "The Magic of the Baltic Sea" (departure on May 26). Of course, the replacement is not equivalent, because the May weekend is already spoiled, and from 26.05 will have to take leave at their own expense. However, we agreed to do nothing. On May 10, the agency called again and said that the tour would not take place again - they did not recruit a group again. The question arises: how can such a company operate in the market of tourist services, if it is unable to provide them? Dear travelers! If you really want to make a trip and enjoy it, GO TO THE TENTH EXPENSIVE AGENCY Tango travel !!!
There is only one conclusion - never get involved with the Accord Tour under any enticements!

we were returned quite quickly, within 10 days (taking into account that there were holidays during this period), but the question is still different, I found reviews where tourists were not returned about 20% of the agency's expenses. so that here the question is not so much in speed as the decency of the travel agency
нам вернули достаточно быстро, в течении 10 дней (с учетом что в этот период были праздничные дни), но вопрос еще в другом, я находила отзывы, где туристам не возвращали около 20% типо расходы агенства. так, что тут вопрос не так в скорости как порядочности турагенства
