How we met with Terra 4 times, but never went

From communication with Zoya from Terra, I left a completely negative impression, although we never went anywhere with her, we signed up 4 times and 4 times gave money, then returned. There have never been excursions, but that’s not the point, it’s just understandable, but that it was all told to us the evening before, when everything was already packed and there was no longer any change plans for the weekend to something else opportunities. The fact that Zoya behaves uncivilized, often rude and does not pick up the phone if she is asked uncomfortable questions has already been written. When I asked at 15.00 on Friday whether there would be a tour, she was rude to me and hung up, and then an hour later she called my friend back and said that everything was cancelled. Returned the money. I really do not recommend this company, where they do not value customers at all, it's amazing how, with such behavior, it is still afloat.
