We took a tour to Egypt, the Golden Five Emirat hotel, the hotel is a rare muck 5, it doesn’t even smell there (I’ll leave a review about the hotel in another section) and by the way, it’s 3 on Egyptian sites !!!!, so we decided to change it, we were ready to pay extra how much you need to get to a normal hotel, but to pay extra 240 dollars to be transferred to Coral Beach (the hotel is even worse according to reviews), it’s kind of surreal, as a result, through our tour partner in Kyiv, they changed it to King Tut. Your guides not only offered nothing but even King Tut said that they were busy !!! Once again, we were ready to pay extra and eventually paid extra. We buy tours through Tez Tour more expensive than others, but usually we are sure that everything will be ok and they will help us solve our problems. But not this time, By the way, why did I leave a rating of 5 solely because someone from above returned the manager to us when he tried to dump somewhere and shouted that he was doing. But after a call from above, he sat next to us while we solved our problem. Otherwise, there are no complaints.
