When we bought vouchers and read reviews about hotels, we were asked to change to another hotel for this money, which was on sale, with the best reviews. The operator agreed, but it was still necessary to pay 100% of the cost of the tour to everyone, i.e. buy tickets again, but forget about these.

Regina, the meeting representative of TEZ TOUR in Antalya, well done - told everything that was needed. But the representative at the MIKADO hotel in Alanya (Kestel) Azret is the exact opposite. He has the CHEAPEST tour costs $ 45 (does he want a lot, if there are the same $ 15 nearby). As a result, 8 people went on excursions not with TEZ TOUR. When talking about the horrors of the hotel, he said that two weeks ago it was even worse and we should rejoice. It is not clear: WHY THE OPERATOR SELLS TOURS TO THE HOTEL, KNOWING THIS HORROR, AND DOES NOT CHANGE THE HOTEL FOR FREE?

But Azret did not inform about the arrival of the transfer and we had to find out ourselves when they would pick us up, especially since the charter was postponed.

Next time I will look not at the price of the tour, but at the operator.

Calling Mikado Beach Hotel a hotel is IMPOSSIBLE. This is a "minus dash of a star" hotel. When you check in, they offer rooms on the ground floor, in which there is a common loggia for all seven rooms, and you can walk freely from room to room, because. the doors don't close. We refused these rooms, We were offered others, Of the three rooms that we occupied, none of them were normal, There was a refrigerator in only one and ate and froze. In one of the rooms, the air conditioner did not work and no one cares about it. The bed linen looks like someone slept on it. For three people, only two towels, they have this norm. To all the answer: "It will be tomorrow." There is no toilet paper and no one will bring it if you don’t worry yourself, soap is at the bottom, they don’t have shampoo at all, although there is a shampoo dispenser box hanging on the wall. Warm water flows from a hot tap, and after dinner it is already cold. TVs in all rooms are for furniture only. Internet paid $ 3 / day - weak and takes only at the reception. The curtains in the room are torn, the sun is not completely blocked. Would fix it myself, but high ceilings. During the week of our vacation, there was never a cleaning and a change of linen, even SOMEONE to take out the garbage from the hotel room.

Of the 7 days of rest, two days at lunchtime and after 21:00, the workers turn on the electric drill and puncher, and I don’t care that my child wakes up and cries from these sounds.

As for food, there is NO buffet system here. This is a boarding house. There is no choice at all - what you put on a plate, then eat it. For children, they asked for at least a liter of milk and a pack of muesli for everyone, but for a hotel this is not possible. From drinks tea and instant coffee drink.

Everything is good here outside the hotel: it is a warm sea, a clean beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, a children's playground with toys under a canopy and a bus stop near the hotel.

There is no infrastructure nearby. You need to go by bus or to Mahmultar or Alanya.

p.s. Why does the operator send to this hotel, knowing the problems of accommodation and food, and still offer 100% payment when replacing the HOTEL with another one?
