Were in the hotel 07/24/2017-07/31/2017.
ALI BABA PALACE (HURGADA)
Family, 2 adults, 2 children (4 years old, 13 years old)
A Family Room was reserved, upon arrival they received an indifferent refusal (in the form we don’t know anything) and received 2 Standard Rooms (5785.5786). At the same time, the tour operator in advance (2 weeks) made a request and confirmed the reservation of the Family Room. Upon arrival, they announced that this number was not available, while every other day Mohammed Asat F.G. MGR promised,
that they would relocate until they waited for us to leave. Fact - the hotel resells the same room to several tourists. Unfortunately, the representative of TEZ TOUR did not help. It is not clear why such a serious company works with such hotels.
