My friend and I decided to fly to Turkey, we came to order a ticket, but we had to give the passport the next day, the guy from the agency immediately told us honestly that it’s better for us not to risk it, otherwise we could lose money if the passport is not made. Unexpectedly, we got a call that the passport was ready, so we chose a tour (it was necessary to fly out on the same night, it didn’t work out otherwise because of the robots). The hotel unfortunately replied after a while that there were no more places. The next day we got all the money back without any hitches. Well, when choosing a tour with a client, in my opinion, they work at their best
