They called more than a month in advance, made an advance payment and asked to be put on the bus closer (no one talks about row 1 or 2), but at least in the first half of the bus, since the child is motion sick. (although on the way there they asked to at least put them back closer) and again we were told that of course, even the day before departure. When I called her and said that I would not sit at the back of the bus again, I was told "Stay in Kirillovka, we do not return the money"
