Chose a travel agency based on reviews. At first, of course, I was alarmed by the fact that only positive reviews. But then they realized that the reviews were not earned in vain. We thank the travel agency and separately the manager Marina for a well-organized vacation. I want to note that here they select a separate approach for each tourist. We did not have to call every time and remind who we are and what issue we are calling about. Marina picked up the phone, greeted by name and reported on the preparation of documents. We also thank the tour operator Join Up for comfortable buses and pleasant attendants. Next trip only with Time to go.
