What this company and its director are doing is just a disgrace, a mockery of people. We ordered a tour to Tunisia, paid the entire amount a month before the trip, we were told that the tour was booked. Only the day before departure we were informed that we were not flying anywhere. After a while, it turned out that it turns out that the tour was not even booked for us (this was told to us by the tour operator). But the money is not returned humanly, nerves are shaking, time is dragging on for months. And the most interesting thing is that for some reason the director exposes everything as if all of a sudden we owe him something, as if he is doing us a great favor, that OUR SAME money is returned. And after all, this is not an isolated case, it just makes people delete reviews, and if you don’t agree to shove your opinion to hell, then they simply don’t return the money, threaten them with courts and blackmail them with the dissemination of personal information.
