We contacted the Turmapa agency at the end of September 2015. With the aim of relaxing for the first time abroad. We learned about the agency through the director, Ekaterina, who has been working in tourism for many years.
The agency is located in Kherson, on Chernomorskaya street, the office is large, bright, stylish. The travel agency has 3 managers.
Rest was chosen for a long time: from Turkey to Thailand, but decided to stay in Sri Lanka (as advised by the managers). We were shown the geographical location of the island, given a price list and a description of local excursions, and were given a choice of 4 hotels. We decided on the Tangerina Beach 4 * hotel. The hotel is fully consistent with the description of the managers: 1st line, beautiful territory, good food, a lot of chipmunks)))). We paid for the standard category, but lived in the deluxe category, it was a gift from Turmapa. But these are not all the surprises that awaited us: upon arrival in Zhuliany, the agency's leaders were waiting for us, who took us home to Kherson in their car (they were just in Kyiv on work). Of course, we were satisfied with the rest and trust ONLY the next trip! agency Turmapa!
