The agency provides good service. They answered all my questions, they even asked how and what, whether everything worked out well, they were worried about every occasion. I am pleasantly surprised by this service. The flight was delayed for us only on the way back, for 2 hours. As for excursions, the representative of Join Up offered us, but we took excursions from the locals. All the same, the same excursion came out, only even cheaper.
