I got everything I needed from the agency, provided all the information, quickly and without problems. True, there was a problem in terms of transfer, I chose the earliest flight, arrived, everything was fine, but the transfer itself - I had to wait for the next flight, as a result, that flight was delayed for several hours and all this time I had to wait for the whole group.
