I don’t really trust reviews from the Internet, and when choosing a tour operator, I didn’t read anything either. We turned to TPG simply because of the convenient location. The office environment is very pleasant, the managers are all young and handsome guys. I liked the way they communicate with customers, the ability to quickly find an option that suits them. My list of requirements was small, but all these requirements related to the quality of accommodation and recreation. They took everything into account, although I myself understand that it was not easy. Well informed about departure, check-in, transfer, settlement. I was ready for everything that could happen during the trip, but still the manager was always in touch for insurance and assistance. Excellent travel agency!
