In TPG we bought a tour in the UAE. We considered a ticket only to hotels with good food and a beach. The manager Oksana worked with us. Very attentive and most importantly adequate manager. She showed me many options and gave us the ones that worked for us. She did all the paperwork quickly. Our vacation went perfectly, there were no problems and for me this is an indicator of the professionalism of the travel agency. The transfer was taken into account by the tour operator, although we completely forgot about it. A pleasant moment was the comparison of prices in other companies for this hotel, we had the cheapest tour. From myself, I recommend the travel agency and we ourselves will contact more than once.
