Initially, I talked with the manager from the Join up agency by phone, she told me everything, later we came to the agency to buy a tour, we were quickly processed and confirmed. During the day, the group leader called us, we agreed on the time of our arrival, since the train on which we were traveling was delayed .. she replied that this was not a problem and the bus, in this case, could leave 30 minutes later. In the end, we were on time, everything was fine. The transfer was also great.
