Very honest and responsive company

The choice of a tour operator was not previously given importance. However, this time we are grateful to the lucky chance that introduced us to the TurSALE team.

When planning the tour, we assumed the occurrence of problems, having a "rigid framework" in terms of timing and wishes. By the birthday of the child they wanted to get to Disneyland - that is. neither the date nor the itinerary was supposed to be changed. However, at the last moment, the tour operator canceled the tour ... And only thanks to the prompt and professional actions of the head and manager of this company, our plans were realized. We are immensely grateful to Lada and Yulia, who quickly found a similar tour and managed to re-register the documents. Their invaluable support was tangible "from home to home", as they helped with the organization of the transfer, and throughout the tour they were in touch, controlling the situation. We are very glad to meet the TurSALE team!
