I bought a ticket at Val + Tour, the service was disgusting, the story and pictures did not correspond to reality in everything, instead of the paid 2-bed room they gave a single room, they promised 20 km to the airport - in fact, the planes flew right overhead, every 5 minutes day and night with a terrible sound - my ears were pawned, they answered my comments that I was lying ... I filed a lawsuit, before the first meeting (probably immediately after receiving an invitation from the court) they re-registered the company for some left uncle, closed the old account in bank, opened a new firm "Val + Tour Service", and live like white and fluffy. The money, according to the court, is not going to be paid either to me or to the state, they are hiding, encrypted. DO NOT BUY A TOUR FROM THEM, no matter what they are called - the people are the same - the general director is Ostrovskaya Valeria Vladimirovna.
