When I applied to a travel agency in winter, I was not yet sure which country I wanted to fly to. But I knew for sure to the sea in June. Allochka patiently and professionally offered me options. A few days later we decided and booked. I did not make a mistake with the choice of the hotel. Rest passed on URRA!!! Allochka took into account all my wishes for the rest and as a result - a great vacation. Having booked a ticket, we were not abandoned. We were constantly kept up to date with changes. Alla called us in advance so that we would not be late for the transfer. At the airport, she made sure that we passed passport control successfully and wished us a happy holiday.
