We went with this company to ski in Bukovel for Christmas. Skype managers told everything in an accessible way, told what it costs. They suggested how you can save money (the company is the official partner of Bukovel and my friends and I bought ski passes through them for a promotion). Despite the fact that all communication was online via the Internet, the guys did everything right, they didn’t throw it away!
We rate it at "7" because there were problems with the hotel (It did not correspond to the level declared). This year there will be another hotel, so we go through them again! I think they won't let me down. After all, they learn from mistakes!
