A hotel that I would never recommend to visit. Photos that are on the official website and on booking are far from real. Of course, the check-in went quickly, but it would be better if we settled in for a long time than ended up in such a disgusting room ...And yes, this is No. 403 (exactly the one that overlooks the "most beautiful" courtyard, that is, as many as 4 concrete walls). Previously familiar with a negative review about this room. But we were not lucky enough to change it to another for a number of reasons: 1) the reception staff smiles sweetly, but this is at first; 2) as soon as it smelled of fried, that is, they realized that a conflict was brewing, all 3 people at the reception began to pretend that there were no rooms available in the hotel, although the hotel was almost empty !! ! Arriving at the pool at 9.00 we were alone until 11.00.
At breakfast, literally a couple of families; 3) all attempts to change the room eventually ended with the fact that all 3 receptionists began to giggle and pretend that they did not know English, although before that they understood everything perfectly.
We were promised that if we come the next morning at 11.00, the rooms will be vacated and for extra. fee we can move. And the miracle did not happen: we were told the same thing the next morning - come tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, or whatever you want, but there are no numbers. On ALL photos of the hotel, which are on the booking website, each room has a magnificent interior with a beautiful flower, but we had a disgusting dirty purple wall. I will not be unfounded, I will provide ALL photos of this wonderful hotel + a photo of the sea, which, given the watermelon cores, bottles and other rubbish, would be a sin to call a resort.
The tour operator was Golden travel - Kharkov. They, as well as the Regina City hotel, should learn how to treat customers.
I will leave a similar review and Aler travel - the internal tour operator of Albania, which, apart from selling single useless excursions, did not help at all. So this is such a vacation in Albania ...we will never go to this country again, since they still have 100 years to grow to the “resort” and “tourism” at such Albanian rates .. .
