Very close to the center, theater, cascade....
Clean comfortable rooms with a kitchen. Excellent bedding. You can't hear your neighbor at all. The walls are thick and the soundproofing is excellent. Cleaning daily, decent gels, soaps, shampoos, slippers. . .

And the kitchen and breakfasts are beyond praise! Homemade cakes, muffins, cookies, waffles, fresh pancakes and fragrant sour cream and cottage cheese, jam (usual sausages and tea and coffee), a caring hostess will greet everyone with a kind word (at least in three languages) and a smile. How amazing!
The only negative is the cold running, but very clean water in the pool.
Could not use it even in 40-degree heat. Alas.
