We are not particularly miserly, but the resort is not without pathos, and therefore, for example, we did not pull five stars, but here is a decent option. Upon arrival, we were met by a representative of Natalie and transported to the hotel without delay. While we were driving and admiring the passing views through the window, he revealed the ins and outs of the local household to us, and after settling in, we went in an organized column to the nearest supermarket to buy groceries. The fact that the room has a kitchenette with everything you need is a miracle, questions about breakfast are completely resolved. After all, it often happens that standard hotel breakfasts get bored, and then what you want, you cook for yourself.

The hotel room is quite nothing, cozy and comfortable, at least ours was like that, it was not in others. The service is quite traditional for Europe, it didn’t cause any complaints, it didn’t reach the Thai level of helpfulness, so I put 4 plus and don’t waste letters.
I especially liked that the hotel has a lot of water and health options, which is very pleasant after a day on the slope. Firstly, a wonderful pool, we swam almost every day, only my husband went to the steam room before that. There is also a sauna, but it didn’t make an impression on him, he said, the ladies’ park, but it’s just right for me. I attended massages and aroma showers at the spa. The big plus of the hotel is a short distance to the ski lift, it's one thing to walk, another to trudge to the hotel with a backpack after the rides, and then three minutes, and you're in a mink.
The tracks are very decently equipped, a large selection of ammunition at the box office. There are places to eat and rest. Rescuers constantly control the track, and if there is any trouble they immediately come to the rescue, I saw it myself several times. I saw how snow cannons work - they close gaps on the track. But by the way, for normal European tracks, this is all standard. We rode well, without injuries and injuries))
