We rested in Bad Hofgastein from 20.01-04.02-2012 from a travel agency.
The road St. Petersburg-Munich-transfer there and back-everything is normal on time and clearly. The roads are clean.
I liked the city - Ski buses in 10 minutes - a stop nearby. The hotel is located in the center.
Rest-skiing-terms-everything is super. I liked it very much, especially AlpenTherme.
UNPLEASANT impression was left by the hotel Salzburgerhof 3*!!!
Our travel agency provided the following information about the hotel:
"Sports and entertainment:
indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, jacuzzi, massage, gym. "

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening - upon check-in at the reception, everything was OK - they gave the key - BUT with skis in cases
they don’t let you in. Skis-boots-poles-should be stored in the SKI-room. And in cases we carried other things besides skis and poles.
I had to go around the hotel around the street - drag the skis - into this pantry - unpack the covers there,
We left the skis, took our things to the room.
Employees stubbornly do not notice that shampoo and soap have run out - although cleaning was done daily -
I had to ask the maid. No one is going to speak Russian, but if the Russians want to

ITS 3 stars hotel deserved, apparently, only because of the convenient location in the center.
