Before the Christmas holidays, my husband and I decided to again go on a trip for two. Plunge into the Christmas fairy tale of Europe again. The ticket was bought from the tour operator "Austrian House".

In Vienna, we stayed at the Mercure 4 * hotel (strange - in all travel agencies, only two of all hotels in Vienna were offered. We chose according to the reviews of Russian tourists). The location of the hotel is quite good - fifteen minutes along the main street - and you are in the city center, so in the evenings after the excursions we did not sit in the room, but went to the center to the Christmas markets near the Town Hall, where many citizens gathered. The city is wonderfully decorated, prepared for Christmas. Everyone walks with smiles, the aroma of roasted chestnuts, warm wine and live music are in the air. . .

Tours started on the second day. The first one is a panoramic view of Vienna - look to the right, look to the left... We then went through the entire route on our own, which is much better and more memorable. and the Cathedral, descended into the tomb of the Habsburgs... The second is the Vienna Woods. We took a bus to the small town of Baden. Very cozy, clean - the prototype of the city from the operetta "The Bat" by Kalman. From the Viennese forest itself, conflicting sensations - as always expected - a fabulous park, but it turned out - a low forest on the slopes of the old Alps. The next excursion was to Salzburg. Approaching, the guide turned on the magical music of Mozart. And under these magical sounds, a small town opened up in front of us among the mountains. He just captivated me and my husband. Simply - if you go now - only to Salzburg. Mountain air, ancient architecture, pleasing to the eye, Mozart's music, living in every stone of the city. . . the fairy tale came true. I advise, if you are there, be sure to go to an organ music concert. You will plunge into the magic of music - and then under this impression - walk around the town, to Mozart's house, along crooked streets, to the old church, to chocolate shops...

Impressions are just wonderful after the trip. I advise everyone.
