We went with my husband and a small child right after the January holidays. Initially, we booked the St. George Hotel, but due to flight delays to Domodedovo, we changed the hotel to this one.
If you are traveling with a baby, then, of course, this hotel is not entirely for you, because it does not have any facilities for babies. But the hotel staff is so attentive and responsive that everyone who could help us. The cooks prepared separately for the child, the administrator, the waiters and in general any employee of the hotel were extremely attentive, responsive to any request. The food prepared in it is very delicious. Desserts are just amazing. Beautiful girl - administrator Daniella. It will help you solve any issue. In general, the hotel is very good, especially the food and staff. The sauna is very good. Of the minuses - the lack of pools.
In general, Tse Lam Zi is an excellent resort - without pathos, very cozy, clean, free. No crowds of tourists. The audience is very pleasant and polite. The myth that Russians are not loved is just a myth that has nothing to do with reality. By the way, there are a lot of Russians there, but these are not the Russians who relax in the inexpensive resorts of Egypt. Almost in any cafe/bar/restaurant, the menu will be brought in our language. It's the same at the airport - all signs, signs, etc. including in Russian. In a word - without us they are nowhere. ))))

As for the mountains - everything is just perfect - the lifts are almost empty, comfortable. The tracks are clean. All service staff are extremely friendly.
About prices. Our ticket for two for two weeks cost 138.000. There are necessary expenses - ski pass - 40 euros per day per person. Equipment rental - about 20 euros per day per person. A cup of mulled wine on the mountain - about 3 euros. Lunch on the mountain - about 10-15 euros per person, with drinks.
Tse Lam Zi itself is full of cafes, restaurants, etc. Prices are the same as in Moscow. And somewhere lower.
If you are traveling for the first time, I advise you to buy all the equipment and others like it in Tse Lam Zi itself. The choice is simply huge, the prices are not higher, but often lower than in Moscow (and possibly in Russia). For example, I bought ski socks here for 1000 rubles, where the same ones cost 10 euros.
In a word - everything there is very cool. If you are a normal person who does not look for trouble and dirty tricks, but enjoys life, then you will have a great vacation. And don't believe the stupid reviews. most of them are written by people who are generally difficult to please.
So good luck!
P. S. I read a couple of negative reviews about this hotel - it seemed to me that they were written by competitors or, in general, inadequate people. In Austria, in principle, there can be no dirty old towels and bed linen. As for the food, it's a total bummer. Everything is delicious.
And yet, when buying a ski pass, keep in mind that on a bus around the city it is counted as a travel pass and you don’t need to pay for the fare, and their fare is expensive - 4 euros one way, even if you are traveling one stop.
